They are warm and have a great sole As the other reviewer said you can simply wear one shirt underneath - for me even in temperatures down to about -2C
These boots are absolutely "the best" for warmth and I live In Canada, so I know about cold and snow! HOWEVER, Please order ONE SIZE SMALLER than you usually wear because this style runs LARGE! I wear an 8 Ugg Ultra Tall Please note i have narrow feet, I don't know if some of the people needing to go up a size had wider feet Lynnea Ugg The hood is warm, but isn't so big that it back-fills around your head when you're driving
